Before you begin
Thank you for taking the time to do this. The partners want an honest picture of what it is like to work at the firm, and your answers are the only way to get it.
How your anonymity is protected
- Your access code is random. No list matching codes to names is kept, so no one, including me, can tell which response is yours.
- The survey does not record your name, email address, computer, or the time you submitted.
- Only I see the individual responses. The partners receive a summary report, and written comments are paraphrased so that no one can be recognized by their wording or by a specific incident.
- Each code can submit one response, so every person counts exactly once.
How it works
- You will start by rating the firm as a whole. Then you will evaluate one partner at a time, in a random order, so that no partner always comes first or last. Each partner gets the same questions. A few open questions about the firm come at the end.
- Ratings use a 1 to 5 scale, from Strongly Disagree to Strongly Agree.
- Choose ? when you have not worked closely enough with a partner to rate them.
- Every question is optional, including the comment boxes. Skip anything you prefer not to answer.
- Your progress saves automatically as you go, and you can press Save progress at any time. To finish later, return to the survey link and enter your code, and you will pick up where you left off.
- Please set aside 20 to 30 minutes. If you need to stop, your answers are saved and you can finish later.
